At Meccanotecnica, we are committed to creating a sustainable future. In addition to our policies aimed at recycling waste and reducing pollution, we are proud to announce that our headquarters is equipped with a solar system of 130 kW.

We put health and safety of workers first by providing adequate work environments and continuous training in the field of workplace safety.

Constant training and skill-building

We organize training courses for staff in order to improve the technical skills of operators and expand the training background of employees.

We strive to comply with the laws and regulations in force while keeping up with technological progress.

Organization development

We aim to promote and motivate our staff, at all levels, through periodic meetings in order to improve health and safety in the workplace, identify the best strategies to be applied for the company and guarantee a track record of objectives achieved and future goals.

Staff participation

We incentive our staff in achieving company objectives through the distribution of part of the profits to workers. Moreover, Meccanotecnica’s Board of Directors is always open to employee’s proposals for technological, training or working environment improvements.

Our board is also commited to meet the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, and since 2021, the UNI ISO 45001: 2018 standard. An enduring commitment to ensure greater quality of service and higher levels of safety accross work phases.
